Try

It has been a week since my official last day at BPS, and I still remember it like it was only yesterday. Mixed feelings of excitement and sadness. With a heavy heart, I had to break the news to the kids and the sudden silence or open jaw (from the upper primary) and the confuse puss in the boots kind of look that I got from my P1 class, I thought I had to fight back the tears.

They are the ones who would surround me with their enthusiasm, with their questions. I was like the gardener who sowed the seeds of learning. I'd nurture their thoughts as if they were tiny sprouts of palest green, propping them up and protecting them. I would feed their minds with the gentle mist of experience.

And of course, not forgetting the lower primary level teachers. They are the masters of 'gardener'. I will definitely miss working with them and their unique characters. XOXO.

A week to becoming a student again! :)

Also, pictures of our mini BBQ (literally), last month.

no introduction needed. stress fixing up the pit, honey?

Fatin, inflating the 'pillow'.

our food chest.

Ta-daaaaa. Well done, Babe!

Charcoal.. checked!

Fire starter behind my back?? *screams* Oh, I was the wind-blocker.
I didn't know my hair's that long, imagine if it caught fire.

FOOD! What more can I say? (read: focus on Brother)

Our gluttons. Haha.

As my grandaunt likes to ask, "Dah makan?" And we're suppose to answer, "Tidurrrr".
Anyway, the duo at their best.

Aizaad & food = Happy!

Somebody did that (the sauce).

BBQ without marshmellow? So I made one of my own!

The masterplan.

There seems to be a lot of pictures of him huh? No strings attached here.

I'm blessed with these 2 guys, and of no wonder I've been putting on weight. :)

Towards the ending.

The 'closing' ceremony. B, what the hell? Hahaha.

We had fun. More pics on FB, soon.

To wrap things up, I saw Jangan Pandang Belakang Congkak trailer on youknowwhere (read:YouTube). Apparently, it's showing in cinema now, but I really think I should wait for the DVD to be release here. And I actually thought there was an error with the title when I first saw it. Hah.
